🥶Where are you based?

We are based in The Garden State and all orders are processed and shipped out of our new facilities in New Jersey and California, depending where in the country you place your order from!

🥶How long will my order take to arrive?

Our-First Class FREE Shipping offers 2-3 day shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If you order on a Friday your order will not be processed until the next business day which is Monday. (Excluding Holidays)

For our FREE International shipping please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 8-13 business days for arrival.

🥶Which days do you ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.

🥶How do I track my orders?

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
