The dr chilly is an absolute game changer. Whether you wear it outside to stay cool. Or put on on once you come inside to get cool. Truly freezes in water. 10/10 recommend

I bought two thinking I would give one away to a friend. But then I tried it and realized I needed them both, so I have one around my neck and one and the refrigerator standing ready. These chill rings are the hot tip you must have two. You will love them!

I live in a hot climate in a small cabin with no AC. I put the cooling ring around my neck and it feels great. I am going to order more so I can swap out for a cold one when necessary. I feel instant relief. I will say that it needs the freezer, I can't make tap water freeze it and it does thaw quicker than advertised which is why multiple rings would be better. It freezes quickly in the freezer. My dog likes it too.
